The Houses

The houses are privately owned. They feature beautiful tile and wood work, fully modern kitchens, and large decks with spectacular views. Your vacation begins when you turn off the dirt road and enter the private driveway surrounded by tropical gardens and seasonal fresh fruit trees. The daily afternoon breeze cools the deck for your afternoon siesta. The two houses are located right next to each other on an undeveloped stretch of beach and are ideal for multi-family vacations or retreats.
Rental Rates
All Rental Rates are for 2 adults in each house and in US Dollars, with a 6 person maximum. For each additional person over 5 years old, it is $10 per day per each additional person.
Please note: 50% is due upon booking the rental and balance due on move in date. If one chooses to cancel 60 days before move in date they get their 50% deposit back minus $100.00 service fee. The deposit is non-refundable if one cancels after the 60 day mark.
